Ideally located on the edge of the old-town, Le Grizzly residence offers an exceptionally quiet environment, while preserving a prime location and magnificent views of the mythical Face de Bellevarde, Mont Charvet, the glacier of Mount Pourri, as well as the old village of Val d’Isère with its baroque church and bell tower dating from the 18th century. The residence is approximately 450 metres from the village centre, and you can virtually ski to the door from the “L” slope 100 metres away. This luxury duplex apartment on the first floor of the building is furnished in a stunning contemporary style, with chunky wood features, quality fabrics and striking art pieces.
The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area has a log fire to relax in front of after a long day's skiing, and opens onto a balcony with mountain views. Both of the two bedrooms can be made up as double or twin, and each has an ensuite bathroom.

Renowned for its extensive pistes and endless ski touring Val d’Isere offers some of the best skiing in the Alps. With a high percentage of black runs the resort is a destination for the experienced skier wanting to push themselves. However, the new beginners area at the top of the Solaise and the winding green and blue runs into La Daille provides a great place to learn. Based at the top of the Tarentaise Valley at 1,850 metres Val d’Isere is one of the highest and most snow-sure ski resorts in France. The season runs from late November through to the beginning of May.
