For shared use: property 300 m2 with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Camping Aufenfeld" 140 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 2.5 km, Hochzillertal 3 km.
