Renovated in 2022, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Small lounge with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Chesières 1 km from Villars: Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet "Chalet L'Escapade", 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. In a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1.7 km, grocery 850 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery 850 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Chesières - Hôtel du soleil" 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 m, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, indoor tennis centre 2.4 km, sports centre 2.4 km, mountain railway 2.2 km, gondola lift 1.7 km, ski school 2 km, ice rink 1.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.
