Spacious traditional chalet with hot tub and two saunas

Chalet des Ardoisiers is a beautiful traditional property which comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. The chalet is full of character with wooden beams and original features.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities and balcony access, and the master bedroom boasts a private sauna. The chalet features an outdoor hot tub, a second sauna, wood burning stove and a boot room with heated boot dryers.

The chalet is situated in one of Morzine’s oldest traditional hamlets, and is in a great location within walking distance (10-15 minutes) into the town, whilst being accessible to the Prodains cable car. There is a bus stop within 200m for the free bus which runs between central Morzine and Prodains.

There is a carport space for one vehicle plus a private driveway which can be used for parking; please ensure vehicles are properly equipped for snowy conditions on the ground.

Ground floor:
- Open-plan dining room and kitchen
- Living room with wood burning stove and TV (English channels and Netflix)
- Sauna area with shower

- Staff bedroom

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: Double/twin with ensuite shower room, WC and balcony access
- Bedroom 2: Double/twin with ensuite shower room, WC and balcony access
- Bedroom 3: Double/twin with private sauna, ensuite shower room, WC and balcony access
- Bedroom 4: Duplex quad room. Single bed downstairs, with spiral staircase leading to mezzanine floor with double/twin, and additional single bed. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, WC and balcony access

Second Floor:
- Bedroom 5: Triple loft room with double/twin and a single bed (can be separated by curtain), with ensuite shower room, WC and balcony access.

Each bedroom can be made as a double or twin. Please contact us regarding bedding preference requests at least 3 weeks before arrival.

Our half-board catering comprises:
- Breakfast; 5 days continental breakfast with hot option; 2 days self-service continental
- Daily afternoon tea; including homemade cake or biscuits, fresh baguette and hot drinks
- 3-course evening meal on 6 evenings*
- House wine; bottled red and white wine, during dinner
- Children’s high tea; two courses (if required)

* All 7 night holidays will include one full day and one additional morning where the chalet host is not on shift. Self-service continental breakfast and afternoon tea are provided on these days; evening meal is not included on the chalet hosts full day off. Please note any short breaks of 3 or 4 nights will still include a full day off for the chalet host.

- Beer or Premium Wine: You can pre-order cases of various beers or a selection of premium red and white wine, along with rosé, Prosecco and Champagne to enjoy along with the wine provided as part of your holiday.
