The well-known ski areas in Salzburgerland such as the glacier ski area in Kaprun, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
In summer you can of course enjoy everything that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer, such as the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities. In addition, the bathing lake in Niedersill is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home and you can reach the Seespitz lido on Lake Zell in 15 minutes by car.
