It's located in the Val Claret neighbourhood at an altitude of 2,100m. There are a number of pleasant bars, restaurants, shops and a skiing school, all within walking distance.
The Résidence features a reception and lifts. Cars can be parked in the public parking garage (around 400m away).
The ski resort of Tignes offers everything for an excellent winter sports holiday. Joint with Val d'Isère, this skiing area is characterised by its vastness and high altitude (previously referred to as Espace Killy). It's the right place for all winter sports lovers.

Tignes consists of a few neighbourhoods: the traditional Les Brevières, the central Le Lac and the lively Val Claret. The latter two were developed especially for skiing and mountaineering several decades ago. There are shuttle buses between the different neighbourhoods.
The resorts in Le Val Claret are all located close to the mountain train, which will take you up to the La Grande Motte glacier at 3,050m altitude in a few minutes.
Other activities, in addition to skiing and snowboarding, include snowmobile or dog-sledge rides, snowshoeing, a visit to the wellness centre, cross-country skiing, ice diving or ice karting!
Tignes is very suitable for summer skiing thanks to its very high altitude. You can, of course, also engage in many other sports, like paragliding.
