Chalet Clusaz enjoys exceptional views of the village, forest and surrounding mountains of La Clusaz. It enjoys a quiet location in a residential area on Impasse de Faux, yet conveniently close to the lifts and resort centre.Being built from wood and stone enhances the warm and rustic nature of this 4-star chalet, along with the neutral tones of the decor and the cosy wood-burning stove in the open-plan living room. Its flexible beds make it ideal for both family stays and parties doing some work, with a bread and pastries delivery service included, though you can book the chalet also on a fully catered basis is preferred.
After a busy day, you will be able to relax in the wellness area, which is on the ground floor of the chalet and enjoy the indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m) and sauna with an en-suite shower, (which are both shared with the adjoining chalet). There are also two laundry rooms, both equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers, for the use of each chalet.
The chalet is ski-in/ski-out and located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. Using these slopes you can get to the Champ Giguet ski school meeting point in three minutes. The chalet is a five-storey property with five flexible bedrooms making it ideal for holidays with family or friends, as well as working trips.
The first floor is dedicated to the light-filled living area, which has a number of full-height windows, and doors which lead onto a wraparound terrace with wonderful views of the village and mountains. There’s a practical, well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cosy lounge with sofas, armchairs and a wood-burning stove. A video projector and a large screen are at your disposal for a movie night all together or for your professional meetings. A separate toilet completes this level.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor. All have large double beds which can be made into twin beds according to your needs. One of them also has a single bed on the mezzanine, a desk and a private bathroom with bath and toilet. Two further bedrooms have a TV and access to a private balcony, while the fourth bedroom has a walk-in shower room. A separate shower room and toilet can also be found on this floor.
The last bedroom in the attic is ideal for children. This large dormitory-style room for six has three large double beds, each of which can be converted into two single beds if you prefer. This room also has a TV, where the children can enjoy their own programmes.The large garage on the lower ground floor can accommodate up to six cars and has two charging points for electric vehicles, as well as ski and bicycle storage.
