Description
Nestled in a peaceful, sun-soaked spot in Wald im Pinzgau, an expansive alpine home within the highly popular Schöneben holiday park. The central open-plan living domain is anchored by a cozy indoor fireplace, plush lounge seating, and a traditional Austrian dining area designed for shared group meals, followed by a fully equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator, offering all the essentials for effortless self-catering.
Spanning a multi-level layout across 135 m², the property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The flexible sleeping setup consists of three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and the last fitted with two bunk beds. Two full bathrooms - featuring both bath and shower facilities - plus separate toilets ensure complete comfort and privacy.
Outside, a private south-facing balcony and garden terrace offer ideal spots to soak in the mountain sunshine and enjoy uninterrupted views across the Pinzgau valley. Guests can unwind after a day on the slopes in their private indoor sauna. Key amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a washing machine, ski storage, and private on-site parking. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Ideally positioned between the Wildkogel Arena and the extensive Zillertal Arena, the chalet provides quick access to top-tier ski slopes via car or the nearby free ski bus.
