The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for 12 people as well as a dishwasher, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, satellite TV, dining area with large table, chairs and corner bench as well as a balcony.

The bathroom of the holiday flat is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
You can warm and dry your hand and bath towels comfortably with the towel warmer (not a radiator!). This runs with the underfloor heating and reaches a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius!
- Terrace (pure relaxation)
On the beautiful, large terrace with lovely seating and table you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast or end the day after a busy day on holiday.
Directly from the terrace you have a view of your own children's playground and can therefore keep an eye on your children at all times.

Families with children are very welcome in our house.
While you wind down your day on the terrace, you can watch your children playing in the surrounding meadows.
Away from the road, your children can run around safely in our own children's playground, play in the sand, climb on the swings, bounce on the trampoline or play football.
- Barbecue
Enjoy a cosy end to the evening and treat yourself to a delicious barbecue.
We provide our guests with a charcoal barbecue and if it's windy, you can enjoy a cosy meal in the garden house.
- Bread roll service
You are welcome to order your breakfast bread (bread roll service) from us, which the baker delivers fresh every day in summer and winter.
(Unfortunately there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays)
A bread order list is available for fresh bread in the morning.
On Sundays and public holidays you can pick up your breakfast rolls from the local bakery in the village centre (5 minutes).
- Ski cellar / bicycle cellar
You can safely store your sports equipment, skis, snowboards, toboggans, bicycles or prams in a lockable room.
The boot dryer and the ski room are located in the garage of our house and can be accessed from the outside via a code lock for our guests
The boot dryer (10 pairs of ski, snowboard or hiking boots) ensures that your boots are always dry and warm in winter after a long hike or any sporting activity.
- Good to know
The entire Frischmann Klaudia holiday flat is heated by modern underfloor heating.
All floors are wipeable and only washable beds and upholstery are used in the rooms.
Our holiday flat is also specially designed for allergy sufferers.
WLAN Internet is available free of charge in the entire holiday flat!
The entire holiday flat was completely renovated in spring!
