The new, small and fine flat house "Apartklusiv Kaltenbach" is located in the central Zillertal right next to the Hochzillertal valley station in Kaltenbach. In winter and summer alike, the Apartklusiv is in a perfect location from which you can reach a wide variety of excursion destinations.
During the construction of the alpine-modern apartment house, great attention was paid to the use of high-quality and natural materials. Wooden elements provide unmistakable cosiness, while the design and architecture add a touch of sophistication. The exclusive box-spring beds with an 880 spring core offer the highest quality. Accessibility and allergy-friendliness are further cornerstones of the consistent concept.
The approx. 55m² Apart Silvi on the first floor has two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. There is also a deluxe bathroom with shower and WC as well as a large kitchen-cum-living room with a cosy sofa bed. A lift leads to all floors.
Free parking is available - directly at the house and in the immediate vicinity. The high-speed fibre-optic WLAN is also free of charge.
The public terrace on the first floor is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue and is specially fenced, making it perfect for children and pets. Children also have the opportunity to jump on the trampoline and play ball.
On request, a travel cot, high chairs, a baby bath or a changing mat for small children are also available in the holiday home.

Lovingly designed bathing lakes and swimming pools are located within a radius of 15 km. Adrenalin junkies can enjoy unforgettable moments while canyoning, rafting, tandem flights, flying fox and many other activities.
In winter, sports enthusiasts' hearts beat faster: skiers and snowboarders can enjoy themselves in the adjacent Hochzillertal ski area (89.7 kilometres of pistes) or in the surrounding ski areas, such as the Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofener Bergbahnen or the Hintertux Glacier. There is also a variety of options for toboggan fans, cross-country skiers, ice skaters and winter hikers. State-certified mountain and ski guides enable sporting experiences in unspoilt nature - for example freeriding or ski touring.
