The house's occupants can, as it were, enjoy the location in the district Lavassaix directly below Les Menuires twice as much. On the one hand they can enjoy the idyllic tranquility and special atmosphere of a typical Savoyard mountain village. On the other hand the complete infrastructure of a modern skistation with lifts, shops, restaurants, bars and lots more is also available to the occupants in Les Menuires, 1.5km away. From the chalet you can reach the Les Menuires on foot in around 15 minutes and there is also a chairlift and a piste which runs past to Lavassaix. All the 13 virtually identical bedrooms, come with en-suite.
There are 3 double rooms lie on the ground floor, where the sauna with a relaxation area and massage shower, the ski-closet with ski-boot dryers and the garage are also located. There are then 2 further double rooms situated on the 1st floor, which is reserved especially for the extensive living area. This includes a large lounge area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with a CD player plus a large dining table with a modern open-plan kitchen and connecting terrace.
All the remaining 8 bedrooms and bathrooms are finally located on the 2nd floor of the chalet, which also has a large balcony.
