The holiday home is situated on a south-facing slope near the forest and is a beautiful starting point for your hikes and mountain bike tours.
The house features a ski boot warmer, a cozy infrared mirror heater in the bathroom, and a 39" flat-screen LED TV in the comfortable living room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is one triple room, one double room, one single room, and one twin room available. Unfortunately, the tiled stove can no longer be used for safety reasons. A children's playground with swings and a barbecue area with garden furniture are also available. In winter, the fantastic Leogang/Asitzbahn ski region, connected to Saalbach/Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn, awaits you. The ski bus stops right at the house, cross-country ski trails are nearby, and night tobogganing is available at the Leogang/Asitzbahn ski area.
