Chalet Foret IV is a luxurious and spacious 170m2, 4 bedroom apartment for up to 8 people.The chalet offers an interior of character combining contemporary decor with an authentic Savoyard touch and warm architecture, with much use made of reclaimed timber and stone. The chalet is located on the 2nd floor of a residence of just 8 apartments along the Bellevarde forest, just off Rue de la Face and constructed in December 2019, with a balcony offering a South-East facing view over the village and La Face de Solaise. The closest lift is the Bellevarde lift, 500m away and easily accessed via the free shuttle which stops outside, if you prefer not to walk.
The open plan kitchen comes well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and of course a raclette machine. This superb contemporary kitchen lends itself to be used as much as possible, so we can offer this chalet on a catered half board basis if it suits, but of course you can book this chalet and self cater if you prefer.
The large and welcoming living room offers am atmospheric wood burning fireplace, (with the wood supplied), TV and an east facing balcony. There is also a separate dining area with another TV.If driving here there is parking at the on site garage.
Sleeping Facilities :
Master bedroom 1 has an east facing balcony, king bed (180 x 200cm) with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, double basin and a separate toilet, TV and dressing area.
Bedroom 2 has a west facing balcony, TV and 2 single beds (80 x 200cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 3 has a west facing balcony, TV, king bed (180 x 200cm) with ensuite shower, basin and toilet
Bedroom 4 again faces west and with a TV, king bed 180 x 200cm) with ensuite shower, double basin and toilet and a dressing area.
At the entrance level you will also find a toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a ski and boot room with a ski boot dryer.
