Catered chalet close to lift and village centre

Chalet Silian is situated in a quiet location but at the same time it is only 750m from the centre of Hinterglemm. The Mitteregglift, with access to the entire ski area, is only 500 meters away. Saalbach center is 2 km away. The ski bus stops 50 meters from the chalet and this bus takes you to the valley station of Saalbach (Schattberg X-press) or Hinterglemm (Zwölferkogelbahn) within minutes, providing direct access to the entire ski area. For the experienced skier it is possible to ski back directly to the chalet via a short off-piste route. For walkers there is a beautiful trail in front of the chalet.

Chalet Silian is a spacious chalet with a beautiful living/dining room with a cosy seating area and beautiful Austrian mountain views. From the living room you have access to a large south facing terrace. The chalet has 12 bedrooms, all with private shower and can accommodate min 22 - 26 guests (plus 1 extra foldable bed if needed). On the ground floor of the chalet there is a sauna and your own cozy bar!

The villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm are often lumped together and form the center of the popular ski resort Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The village of Saalbach has a cosmopolitan feel and has a car-free center with many shops, restaurants and excellent après-ski. Hinterglemm is a little smaller and again has a pedestrianised center with plenty of après-ski locations. Both villages are fairly compact, so you never have to walk a long distance to the ski lifts or the center. The Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area is one of the largest and liveliest resorts in the Austrian Alps. The ski area consists solely of modern lifts, with little waiting time and the runs are accessible for all levels. From Hinterglemm you can make nice skiing day trips to Saalbach, Kolling, Vorderglemm and Leogang. For skiers looking for a ski area with many cozy mountain restaurants and huts, Ski circus Saalbach Hinterglemm is a real winner!
