Our apartment is located at the centre of Chamonix, just 2 minutes walk to the “Rue du Docteur Paccard” promenade: the town centre and match point for boutiques and restaurants.
Our apartment, fully restored in 2006, is the best place for your holidays.
The villa conserve the Savoyard style (from which it takes its name) where the traditional furniture perfectly combines with modern appliances.
The bathrooms and the kitchen are fully realized in Italy in order to offer you the maximum comfort.
The apartment has three bedrooms (two beds for each bedroom), two bathrooms, a big living-room with kitchen.
The apartment is oriented to south-west. Very bright and comfortable, the apartment has a stunning view on the Mont Blanc.
The Brévent cable car is just few minutes from the apartment.

Prices
The owner of this property has not provided any up to date rates. Use the button below to contact the owner directly to get a quote.
All rates are in Euros. The reservation will only be confirmed once we receive the deposit (30%) and a completed, signed booking form. The payment of the rest of the balance (70%). A caution of 600 euro has to be paid by Credit Card through PayPal. The caution will be returned after the stay. We will write an email with the complete address and other additional information. The client should communicate the time of his arrival at least 7 days before the first day of his holiday, either by email or by phone.
You can cancel a booking at any time with a written notification (fax or email), losing the entire deposit (30%). If the cancellation is less then 3 weeks before your arrival you will lose the entire amount paid. We will confirm the cancellation of the booking in 24-48 hrs from your notification
It's possible change the period of staying. All cases will be assessed each time depending on availability.
