Duplex penthouse (top 2 floors of building), 1075 square foot (100 square metre) apartment and 30 square metre balcony with breathtaking mountain and lake views. Parking for one car in basement. Probably the best apartment available to rent in Zell.

Guest Comments: Many thanks. We had a fabulous time.The apartment was excellent in everyway. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in visiting that neck of the woods. Our whole trip and holiday was perfect.

When I saw the views of both the frozen lake and the snow filled mountains with the gondolas moving up and down I was mesmerized. The Apartment was lovely .. probably the best holiday I have had to date. The skiing conditions were perfect and the location of the apartment was a bonus as we didn't have to travel far for anything.

Main bedroom is en suite. 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be placed together if desired. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). Apartment sleeps 8 in total. Ski boot warmer for 5 pairs of boots in locked room in basement. Apartment is used by owners and for letting. Hence, the interior has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.

Wooden surface with under-floor heating to melt snow. Table and 4 chairs. Large sliding doors on front and rear of living room provides easy access to balcony.

The owner of this property has not provided any up to date rates. Use the button below to contact the owner directly to get a quote.

A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner. Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure.

CHANGEOVER DAY
During the ski season (mid December to end March), changeover day is Saturday – all bookings are for a Saturday arrival and a Saturday departure. There may be some flexibility on this if there is late availability.

CHECK IN
Our house will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival. Latest checkout time is 9.30am on day of departure.

Fantastic

Love this place. Perfectly located for City Express just a few minutes walk. Minutes from the shop and town centre. The property has a ski store and well equipped kitchen, comfy couches. What more could you want. Stay with confidence.

  • if the government of your country of departure, advises against all non essential travel to the country or region where the property is located

All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation terms, and the standard cancellation terms will apply. These include, but are not limited to:
