Apartment Tete Rousse is a mid-range, family-orientated ski-in ski-out apartment on the ground floor of the Tete Rousse building in the Haut de Chavants complex in Les Houches. The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool for relaxing in during your stay. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people in three bedrooms.
The piste starts literally from the end of the garden, so you can step out of the apartment straight into your skis in the morning, and ski to the door on the way back – the ultimate in ski-in, ski-out accommodation.
There is free, private underground parking and WiFi throughout the building, and a token-operated launderette in the complex. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Le Prarion ski lift gives quick and easy access to the summit of Les Houches ski area, where there is skiing for all levels, including the Downhill Skiing World Cup ‘Khandahar Run’. Les Houches tends to remain open even during very heavy snowfall when the rest of the ski stations in the valley close.
In summer the Prarion lift opens up some of the finest walking and running trails in the area and makes a logical start point for climbers looking to summit Mont Blanc via the very popular Goûter Route. It also delivers downhill mountain bikers to Les Houches’ custom built MTB trails.

Prices are for a seven night, self-catered holiday, running Saturday to Saturday and include:
Exclusive use of the apartment
All your bedding, towels and bathrobes
Ski pass delivery (cost of the passes themselves is NOT included)
Organization of your ski lessons and equipment hire (cost of the lessons and hire is NOT included)
Tax de Sejour is non-included. (EUR 3 pp/per night)
A damages deposit of EUR 500 is also to be paid a couple of the days upon arrival and will be returned after a damages check is performed on you departure.
End of stay cleaning is not included and is an addition charge of EUR 300
You are allowed to bring your pet, there will be an additional Pet Fee of EUR 50, and we ask you to bring the bed and food bowls for your pets

About Les Houches

Once the snows melt, skis and snowboards are swapped for walking boots, trail running kit and rock climbing and mountaineering gear and from the end of May the resort switches gear into summer-mode. The valley and surrounded peaks are criss-crossed by well signposted footpaths and visitors can enjoy the impressive scenery in relative comfort by riding the valley’s chairlift system up high before starting their hike or climb.
If outdoor sports are not your thing, then don’t be put off. Come and stay during the Cosmo Jazz Festival, and enjoy a programme of daily concerts in spectacular mountain settings, or marvel at the strength of the climbers clinging to the overhanging artificial wall that is set up in the town centre during the World Cup, or just peruse the local produce on offer in the weekly market, enjoy the culinary delights of the many and varied restaurants and sip a glass of wine amidst some of the finest scenery in the world. Chamonix has an amazing holiday in it no matter who you are.
