BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED CHALET LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE OF MEGEVE

The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people, its is located just 3 minutes walk (350meters) to the ski school and the ski lifts and 10 minutes walk (1km) to the tourist office, shops and galleries.

The chalet is built over three floors and accessible through its own 700m2 peaceful garden and terrace. Two entrances are possible, one is on the garden level via a hallway / closet where skiers will be able to leave their skis, surfs and other ski equipments, the other entrance is via outside steps leading to a balcony on the first and main floor. The interiors of the chalet is composed of a 50 sq meters main floor with a cosy living room, a dining area and an open kitchen. The lower level or garden level is divided in two bedrooms on each side of a hallway, a large master bedroom with its ensuite shower room and a kids bedroom with 2 wooden bunk beds which also has its own individual shower room. The top floor is composed of a second master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom including a bath and shower, and another double bedroom with its own bathroom.
