CHALET ARABETTE

Chalet Arabette is a beautiful chalet in Tignes Les Brevieres at 1550m. It has a great location with stunning mountain views and outdoor hot tub on the terrace. Comfortably sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite bath/shower rooms. 125 metres to lift, 100 metres to resort centre, breakfast, afternoon tea and cake and delicious four course evening meals with wine included, log fire, free WIFI internet, heated ski boot warmers, UK TV, large lounge with separate TV room, 12 stay for price of 11.

The chalet has a beautiful and spacious open plan lounge and dining area with large square dining table for 12 guests with plenty of elbow room. Log fire, 3 large comfortable sofas and other seating. French windows lead onto the south facing balcony with hot tub, table and chairs and stunning mountain views.

Chalet Arabette has 2 lounges - one in the main living area on the 1st floor and a second completely separate TV lounge with large flat screen UK TV on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 2 groups or for a large family party of adults and children, so everyone can enjoy their own entertainment space.

CHALET ARABETTE BEDROOMS & ENSUITES

Chalet Arabette has 6 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite facilities. All bedrooms can be made up as kings or twins. Beds are made up with crisp sheets, duvets and pillows. Soft bath towels, hand towels & hot tub robes are provided.

On the ground floor of the chalet is a convenient and well thought out heated room with rubber floors, hanging space and enough heated boot warmers for all guests for dry warm feet and secure storage of your ski and snowboard boots, helmets, gloves and ski clothing.

There are ski and snowboard racks in the secure chalet garage for storage of your skis and snowboards.

CHALET ARABETTE LOCATION
Chalet Arabette is situated in Tignes Les Brevieres at an altitude of 1550 metres. Tignes Les Brevieres is a high altitude resort and has an excellent snow record. Thanks to it’s altitude and the aspect of it’s slopes, it has always been possible to ski from and back to the village all winter (from mid December to the last week of April) for all of the 14 years we have been in Tignes. Tignes Les Brevieres is well linked with all the other Tignes resorts, and neighbouring Val D’Isère.

The chalet is located a 125 downhill walk to the main lift station or a 150 metre walk from a short bubble lift on a monorail which takes you down to the main lift and slopes at the foot of the beginner slope (Pitots), a blue slope (Myrtilles), a red slope (Pavot) and a black slope (the infamous Sache). A brand new, fast 8 person bubble lift (Brevieres Telecabine, new in 2018/19) whisks you to the Boisses Telecabine in Tignes 1800 linking with two chairlifts, both giving access to Tignes Le Lac via a blue slope (Rhododendron then Petit Col) or a red slope (Bluets). The new Brevieres Telecabine connects Tignes Les Brevieres with Tignes Les Boisses and it’s beginner slope. At the end of the day you can take the short bubble lift on a monorail from across the road from the foot of the slopes to within 150 metres (a downhill walk) of Chalet Arabette.

Tignes Les Brevieres is linked to other Tignes villages during the day by a brand new gondola (Brevieres) then a free resort shuttle bus from Tignes 1800, meaning non skiers can get around independently.

Chalet Arabette is 100 metres from the centre of Tignes Les Brevieres where you will find cafes, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, newsagents, post office, cash machine, tourist office, ski school and ski and snowboard shops.

We have 3 free car parking spaces for guests of Chalet Arabette to use, just 50 metres from the chalet.

SKI LIFTS & SLOPES
A brand new, fast 8 person bubble lift (Brevieres Telecabine, new in 2018) whisks you to the Boisses Telecabine in Tignes 1800 linking with two chairlifts, both giving access to Tignes Le Lac and Tignes Le Lavachet via a blue slope (Rhododendron then Petit Col) or a red slope (Bluets). The new Brevieres Telecabine connects the village with Tignes 1800 and it’s beginner slope with covered magic carpet.

To return to Tignes Les Brevieres from Tignes 2100, one fast chairlift gives access via a choice of one blue slope, two red slopes or a black slope – something for everyone! Or if you are all skied out then you can take free bus and free bubble lift down.
