Superb and well located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for up to 8

This high standard 3 bedroom modern duplex penthouse, over 2 floors, is ideally located in the centre of Zell-am-See, offering 120m2 of luxurious accommodation and less than a 5 minute walk to the CityXpress Skilift 200m away and to the beautiful Zeller Lake. Walk to shopping, the casino and skiing from here so you only need a shuttle to get to Kaprun. It is spacious with high ceilings and stone and oak features, which give it a distinctive character. For those that like to be close to the action, it is on the edge of the pedestrianised old town, with bars and restaurants in close proximity. The ice rink and leisure centre with its hot tubs, saunas and a swimming pool with water slides are right next door.

Although there is a convenient underground car park with ski room, everything is so close that there is actually no need for a car. It is only 100m to the bus terminus and 400m to the train station. In the summer, big glass doors open from the lounge to the balcony. Swimming in the nearby Zeller Lake is wonderful and only a five minute walk away. The water is top drinking quality.
