It is spacious with high ceilings and oak and stone features, which give it a distinctive character. For those that like to be close to the action, it is on the edge of the pedestrianised old town, with bars and restaurants in close proximity, all a short walk away. The ice rink, swimming pool with water slides, saunas, steam baths and a hot tub are right next door at the leisure centre with the hotel Glaserhaus and Kraftwerks wine bar right on your doorstep too, as well as Murray's Irish bar...but far enough away to ensure no noise at night!

Although there is a convenient underground car park with ski room, everything is so close that there is actually no need to use a car, unless of course you are driving here, with the penthouse being only 100m to the bus station to get over to Kaprun and the glacier and 400m to the train station to get to Salzburg and Kitzbuhel. There are big glass sliding doors from the lounge to the balcony where you can watch skiers on the slopes.
