At a top location in the cosy village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find "Residenz Edelalm", a small-scale apartment complex built in 2016.
The cable car to the ski area "SkiWelt" is just a few minutes drive away. Here you can take the ski lift to the ski area of Westendorf or on the other side to the ski area of High Brixen.
The ski bus stops practically in front of the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends just a few dozen metres from the flat. The train station is a short distance away.
The Top 2 flat is located on the ground floor. A staircase and a lift are available to take you to the ski room.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a toilet, as well as an additional, separate toilet.
Along the entire back of the house (facing south!) runs a large sunny balcony with a seating area and a fantastic view of the Choralp.
Washer/dryer available: For visits longer than seven days Top 2 (and Top 4) can arrange with the caretaker the free use of the washing machine and dryer in the storeroom of Top 4.
Parking places/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking places, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. In consultation with the caretaker, this can be used. Charges for electric or hybrid cars are always according to consumption and are calculated separately.
