Top floor: 4 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of Hainzenberg and Gerolsstein. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Parking at 50 m on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Laimach Talbach" 600 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 2.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner sometimes uses a room on the ground floor. Not disturbing for the guest!
