Icebreaker Apartment Petit Refuge is sold as a full apartment only and not by the room.
Aparmetns can be placed on hold for 3 days at which time a deposit of 25% is payable to confrim the booking.
Final payment will be required 12 weeks before you stay starts
There are no animals allowed in the property at any time
Parking is availble at the apartment and also there is a lot of free parking on the road nearby
Cleaning of the chalet is included in the price but the kitchen has to be left clean with all kitchen items back in their place and all rubbish removed.
A charge of €100 will be issued where the chalet are not left clean.
Taxe de Sejour will be charged on the final invoice and paid before arrival

About Les Coches
Les Coches is a small traditional village set in the centre of the Paradiski Ski area. Access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne is easy making this the perfect location to explore the whole area.
Paradiski has two glaciers and skiing to suit all levels. 70% of all skiing is done above 2000m and an extensive array of snow cannons make skiing back to the chalet very easy throughout the season.

Great chalet
We had a great time, the chalet is in a perfect location and really is ski in ski out. Equipped with everything we needed and Kate and John were helpful and friendly.
