Aparmetns can be placed on hold for 3 days at which time a deposit of 25% is payable to confrim the booking.
Final payment will be required 12 weeks before you stay starts
There are no animals allowed in the property at any time
Parking is availble at the apartment and also there is a lot of free parking on the road nearby
Cleaning of the chalet is included in the price but the kitchen has to be left clean with all kitchen items back in their place and all rubbish removed.
A charge of €100 will be issued where the chalet are not left clean.
Taxe de Sejour will be charged on the final invoice and paid before arrival

About Les Coches
Les Coches is a small traditional village set in the centre of the Paradiski Ski area. Access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne is easy making this the perfect location to explore the whole area.
Paradiski has two glaciers and skiing to suit all levels. 70% of all skiing is done above 2000m and an extensive array of snow cannons make skiing back to the chalet very easy throughout the season .

Ski apartment in Les Coches
The Ciel Etoile apartment in Les Coches is located in a very convenient position being ski in / out and very close to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment (on the top floor in a three storey block) is well presented and has three good size bedrooms and cosy living/dining area with a view of the slopes and a balcony which gets all the sun which we liked.
There is also a bonus 4th bedroom at mezzanine level accessed by space saver steps and this is very useable.
Loads of hot water and separate wc, shower room and bathroom.
The wood burning stove is excellent and it was a nice touch being given a load of logs to be getting on with when we arrived.
Please note there is no washing machine.
There is plenty of room for two families.
There is a very handy under stairs cupboard to store your ski boots (with warm air dryers).
Would definitely recommend.
