The modern facilities include a highly professional commercial kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, and two fireplaces. The central kitchen is perfect for cooking together, whilst the upholstered lounge with a large flat-screen TV is ideal for winding down at the end of the day. An integrated refrigerated counter with a beer tap (beer not included) and a wine fridge add to the comfort.

A private wellness area with a sauna and an outdoor hot tub is available for moments of relaxation. The large terrace balcony offers fresh mountain air and panoramic views, whilst the roof terrace with barbecue area is perfect for sociable evenings and a magnificent view across the valley. The nearest ski resort is 2 km away, hiking trails start just 100 m from the chalet, and a supermarket is 400 m away.

Please note the additional costs: 50 euros for a return that is not swept clean, including uncollected rubbish; 30 euros for the disposal of empty bottles and cans; 500 euros for a special cleaning of the pool; a flat rate of 15 euros for barbecue gas; and 35 euros for cleaning the barbecue. A 20-litre beer keg costs 120 euros. A charge of 36 euros per charge applies for charging an electric car up to 70 kWh. Five parking spaces are included; each additional space costs 10 euros per day per car.
