Each unit has its own private entrance and can therefore be used independently. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 1 2-bed room, 1 bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with bath and 3 bedrooms.
This property is a real jewel in winter. The ski slope passes directly by the house on both sides. Therefore it more than lives up to the predicate, ski-in/ski-out. The ski lifts are only a stone's throw away and an umbrella bar is just around the corner. It can be reached in less than a minute.
In summer, too, this property entices you with a tremendous range of activities in the area. The mountain railways also transport you during peak times in summer. In the immediate vicinity, in addition to endless hiking trails and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep, there is also a climbing park and a mountain cart track.

Driving on the mountain road in winter is usually only possible with snow chains and/or four-wheel drive!
