It consists of two bedrooms (one with an extra-large triple bed and a connecting door with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double or single bed if needed), and a second bedroom with a double bed; a spacious kitchen with a large leather corner bench, refrigerator, four-burner stove, toaster, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, three TVs with satellite connection, a selection of games, a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, and toilet, a drying room for wet ski clothing and ski boots, and a lovely sun terrace with comfortable outdoor garden furniture (new). There is also a large parking area with a carport. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail in a traditional Tyrolean style by a carpenter.
