Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), radio. Shower/WC. Heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n in front the garage (1 car), garage space n inside garage on the property (1 car) at the house, height 200 cm. Please note: non-smoking house.

Flims: 2-family house "Alpetta", 3 storeys. Above Flims Dorf, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Tektonikarena Sardona, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dil Dragun, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir, Klettersteig Pinut. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: LAAX - Flims Laax Falera, 28 Liftanlagen, 214 Pistenkilometer. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Laaxersee Lag Grond, Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderw. Winterwandern und Schneeschuhwandern, Sommer: Wandern, Biken, Golfen, Tennis. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
