Chalet Plagne is an excellent option for those wanting a large ski in ski out chalet with on site facilities.The chalet is located in Les Balcons de Belle Plagne right on the piste, at a snow sure altitude of 2050m on the edge of Belle Plagne. From here it’s easy to take the easy blue piste to Plagne Bellecôte. From here there are various ski lifts with excellent connections to the vast Paridiski area, including over to Les Arcs and ski school. The Bellecôte glacier (at over 3000 metres the highest point of the area) is also within easy reach.
The apartment has its own ski locker and if driving here you can park your car in the private garage (maximum height: 2.08 meters). The apartment is divided over two floors offering just over 200m2 of space with a cosy living room with a 2-person sofa bed, TV, fireplace with a wood burning stove and dining area for up to 16. The kitchen comes well equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, 4 ceramic hotplates, coffee maker and dishwasher. You can also take in those awesome views from the balcony. Each of the 9 bedrooms has its own bathroom with its own jacuzzi bath. Up to 20 guests can also enjoy satellite TV and complimentary WiFi.
A range of additional services offered on site make for an even more comfortable stay. This includes a secure luggage storage service, allowing guests to leave their bags at reception before checking in on arrival day/after checking out on departure day and leaving them free to enjoy the ski slopes. Families with children in tow can save themselves having to transport bulky equipment such as high chairs and travel cots by simply loaning them from reception. It is, however, necessary to bring a small mattress and sheets for the travel cots. One of the highlights for guests will undoubtably prove to be the wellness area in the neighbouring Hôtel Les Balcons Village. This covers an area of 430m² and includes an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness studio and where a range of bookable massages and beauty treatments are offered.
Anyone wishing to enjoy some food can sample the in-house restaurant “Chalet de Maître Kanter”, with its attached bar. This restaurant tempts guests both with Savoyard specialities and with international cuisine. There are also several discount offers available for those who wish to use the restaurant for multiple evening meals, or for half-board catering. However, should guests prefer to self-cater, the nearest supermarket is just 600m away and fresh baguettes can even be purchased within the building. Alternatively we have a fabulous chef who can come and cater at the chalet ensuring a high quality catering service, without moving a muscle!
