Specious 5.5-room attic apartment (145sqm) on the second floor of a multi-family chalet with elevator which was built in 2000. Sunny spacious furnished balcony with a nice view. 1 parking space (no. 10) in the underground parking garage is available as well a storage room for sports equipment. Washing machine and tumble dryer for common use in the property.
The chalet Fichte is centrally located and the train station, the cable car Saanersloch, the cross-country slopes, a playground as well as a grocery and a sports shop are in close proximity.
