Chalet de Belleville is an outstanding and luxury 6 bedroom ski chalet, ideally located on Rue Caseblanche in the family friendly village of St Martin de Belleville where you will find a number of luxury, recently built chalets and chalet-apartments. The "chalet park" opened in December 2018 and has THE perfect location, being directly on a blue slope and just above the Saint Martin 1 gondola, offering a true ski-in & ski-out experience.

With the gondola and a connecting chair lift, it is easy to ski over to Meribel, Les Menuires and beyond to Courchevel, La Tania and Val Thorens.
The authentic and pretty village of St. Martin de Belleville has a lovely village centre with all the essential facilities such as a supermarket, various shops and restaurants, all being found around 500 metres away. The ski school meeting point is directly at the gondola, which you ski down to in a jiffy, making your stay here, effortless and convenient .
In the chalet park there are more facilities such as the ever popular Simple & Meilleur restaurant, where you can have lunch and diner and the Bell Savoie cafe bar for fresh bread and various snacks. Next to the restaurant you have access to the slope which you ski down to the gondola on.

The chalet offers accommodation for up to 14 people and has a private sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The chalet is spacious at 212m2 and very modern in design, with all the contemporary conveniences. The chalet is spread over four floors, has the main entrance on the ground floor and even has a private to add to its quality.
On the ground floor there is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, laundry room with washer and dryer, separate toilet and an two undercover garages each with space for two cars.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and toilet, two with showers and a toilet, and one with a shower. The sauna can also be found on this floor, as well as a separate toilet and balcony. The beds can also be made up as doubles on request.

On the second floor is the very spacious living room (approx. 50m2) with a lovely sitting area, wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, dining area for up to 14 and a well equipped kitchen with hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle. From the living room you have access to the spacious terrace (approx. 40 m²), where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from your own outdoor jacuzzi. There is also a small extra second living area with a sofa and TV...ideal if you have any children with you.

On the third floor are the last two bedrooms, the fifth bedroom having a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The sixth bedroom has two bunk beds for 4 and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bookable on a Saturday to Saturday basis we can offer the chalet on a catered half board basis to suit.(or self catered if preferred)
