This 4-star ski-in chalet is located right next to the ski lift in Montchavin, La Plagne and is ready to book. It offers you luxury and convenience at an affordable price with a choice of self-catered, catered, or new “easy-catered” basis.

Sleeping 14 across 5 modern ensuite bedrooms, Hermine is a stylish chalet in design using subtle colours and materials to give a contemporary, homely feel. You will benefit from a large open-plan lounge with a log fire and large panoramic windows offering uninterrupted views of the village, Tarentaise Valley and Mont Blanc. The balcony is perfect to watch the sunset while taking an aperitif al-fresco before dinner.

Outside in the garden you will find your private sauna where you can relax and unwind in private after a hard day of skiing, biking, trekking, and other mountain fun activities.
In the winter season, you have the ski school and ski equipment hire shop directly in front of you with easy access to the lift system literally a few metres away. You cannot get a more convenient way to discover and explore Paradiski (La Plagne and Les Arcs ski area).

We offer Covid-friendly bookings and refunds in case you are prevented from travelling to us or the resort has been forced to close.

Self-catered
For those wanting to enjoy a self-catered holiday, the chalet comes fully equipped with all facilities and utensils. Our optional linen & towel package is available for an additional fee and our team are on call if needed.

Catered
For groups who want to take the fuss out of their holiday we offer a weekly catered service including a team of private chefs and hosts. They will take care of you and your group offering breakfast, afternoon tea and a sumptuous 4-course dinner with wine included.

Easy catered
If you would rather enjoy private dinners in instead of eating-out, we offer a new Covid-friendly “easy catered” service with the team delivering our delicious menus to the chalet where you and your group can help yourselves and enjoy your meal in a safe environment.

Montchavin is a typical wooden alpine village and the chalet is just a few minutes away to the centre and its bars, restaurants, and cinema. A large swimming pool complex ad spa is located a few hundred metres from the chalet.

Our Catered chalet service (on request):
The food in the chalet is as important as the snow outside and getting it wrong can leave a bad taste in the mouth! We offer well balanced, delicious meals and cater for all dietary requirements. Our catered service must be booked at point of reservation.
Menus options include: Continental breakfast, afternoon tea and 4-course meal with wine throughout dinner service.

Covid-friendly Easy-Catered service:
We also offer a paired back service where your meal is cooked and prepared either in your chalet while you are out enjoying yourself or off premises. We then leave or bring the food in prepared dishes for you to serve yourselves. You will be given final heating/preparation instructions so you can enjoy your meal in a safe environment.

Our Catered Service team:
We are proud to say our teams return to us again this season. They are well loved by our guests and many of them choose to return to us because of how well they have been taken care of and have even become friends over time. Our team are mature so they can relate and converse with you and all of them know the mountain extremely well so you will be in good hands.

Transfers - We can assist in arranging you transfers from all the airports or train station.
Discounted lift passes – We offer discounted passes and can arrange to have them waiting for you on arrival at the chalet. Payment can be taken either in advance or on your arrival.
Ski Lessons - We work with many winter schools and can assist you in booking the different levels.
Equipment hire - We have significant discounts with our partner just opposite the chalet. This can be booked online with our special code.
Massage - We can organise your massage therapy session during your stay to help you relax and unwind before you take a dip in the private roof top hot tub.

We always try to give sole occupancy to our groups for a maximum privacy, and to help our teams to host and tailor better our ski holidays, but if your group prefer sharing, we will make sure to arrange the chalet accordingly to give too each individual a maximum comfort.

This chalet suits all size groups wanting to take the whole chalet but as it is very good mix of traditional and contemporary, it also suits the independent skiers looking for high standard accommodation and prime skiing location, built right next to the ski lift and the village centre

Of course, the more people you are the cheaper the price is so please do not hesitate to send your enquiries we will try to accommodate your demands and budget as much as possible.

We are a small family business and our teams are not just fanatic skiers/snowboarders, they work and have fun with us season after season: they know the mountains, the villages, the whole valley from years of experiences: you or your group can ask any question, they will have the answer for you.

In term of menus, we create them with the chefs so they are always tailored and home-cooked with fresh produces: healthy, balanced and copious.

The chalet is built by the telecabin to Paradiski 430km of slopes so speaking about convenience seems too easy but so true.

No shuttle, no waiting at the queues, no miles to reach the peaks: even our youngest little skiers can make the few meters to door of the cabin with their happy parents.
And for the other generations, a bit of real comfort is rare.

All shown prices are per chalet on a self-catered basis for the Spring, Summer and Autumn season: the prices start from 2000€.

For the catered basis option it includes copious breakfast, afternoon tea of your choice, 4-course meal with wines adapted to all ages and dietary requirements are included over 6 days (one team day off).

Deposit of 100€ per person is required to secure a booking then the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival date.
About the covid-19, we refund 100% of all payments if the resorts are due to close up to 2 months prior to arrival and of course give voucher of 100% value to each group member for a use over 24months if the closure happens at closer date.

We offer discounted ski passes, ski hire, lessons and most snow activities: contact us to get a quote and benefit from our discounted rates

In the event of a valid cancellation of your holiday due to Covid-19, you will be entitled to a refund of your paid holiday monies to be re-paid as follows:

– 100% of your deposit (up to a maximum of 100€ per person) paid as a direct refund.
– The balance of any funds paid will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher that can be used within two ski seasons following the cancellation.

Valid Covid-19 Cancellation reasons that will lead to the utilisation of our Covid-19 cancellation policy are limited to:


– The official closure of the ski resort during your holiday week, for reasons of Covid-19
– An inability to travel to resort, due to official Government travel restrictions; this is either:
– Mandatory travel restrictions put in place by the French government preventing your ability to travel to either France or our resort, or
– Mandatory travel restrictions put in place by the Government of your place of departure, preventing your ability to travel to France.

All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation policy, and our standard cancellation policy will apply. These include, but are not limited to:
– Quarantine/isolation post holiday by YOUR local/national authority
– an unwillingness to travel (when travel is allowed in the above circumstances)
– an inability to travel due to medical reasons (including any related to Covid-19); such measures should be covered under travel insurance policies, and you are reminded we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance, to cover this and other eventualities.
– individual/household stay-at-home orders (outside of any government travel restrictions as above)

To clarify, an “inability to travel to resort” relates to your departure date only. Travel restrictions in place prior to your travel date, but no longer in place at the time of your departure do not constitute an inability to travel. For any resort closures/travel restrictions occurring during your stay, the refund policy will apply but only for any nights not spent in the chalet (e.g. you book a 7-night trip, Sat-Fri; if you arrive on Sat, the resort closes on Sun, and you depart on Tue, you will be entitled to a refund of 4 out of 7 nights (Tue-Fri), priced pro-rata.)

We understand that quarantine/isolation can be introduced at any time by the French government or OUR local authority before, during or after your stay with us:
– Enforced quarantine/isolation ten (10) or less days prior to travel - we will refund your deposit and issue you with a credit voucher for the balance which will be valid for two ski seasons.
– Enforced quarantine/isolation during your stay - as we will be providing you a full chalet service as selected, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation from us.
– Enforced quarantine/isolation post holiday by YOUR local/national authority - you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation from us.

Cancelling your holiday in advance when travel restrictions have not yet been determined for your holiday week will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation policy. However, you will have the choice of moving your deposit and holiday to one of the following two ski seasons.

The two Season Limit on Covid-19 Credit will be valid for up to two full seasons after the season of the cancellation and can be used during the same season if holidays become viable later that same season. For the absence of doubt and as an example:
Covid-19 cancelled holiday date: 13th February 2021 (ski season 20/21)
Holiday credit for cancelled trip can be used:
– Anytime February to April 2021 if the resort re-opens
– Any week during ski seasons 2021/22 or 2022/23
The credit will cease to be valid for any trips after end of ski season 2022/23.

The credit value can be used for any holiday with us within the two-season limit. The credit will be offset against the new season’s cost of the holiday as published on our website at the time of booking and includes any special offers. If the new holiday is of a greater value than the credit owed, the difference will be due as a normal payment to us to confirm the booking. If the new trip is of a lower value than the initial trip, no cash refund will be due.

If smaller groups from the original booking want to use their voucher at a different time to the other members, they must show proof of their contribution to the original overall cost of the cancelled holiday before any credit can be issued. This can be used for either winter or summer, whichever is more convenient. If the cost of the holiday is of greater value then the smaller group's credit owed, the difference will be due as a normal payment to us to confirm the booking. If the new trip is of a lower value than the initial trip, no cash refund will be due.

Refunds only relate to the chalet hire and the service chosen. Air tickets, transfers, lessons, partly used ski passes and any other additional extras are not included and not refundable by us. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds or compensation of any amount for any type of repatriation, return trip, officially/self-enforced quarantine or officially/self enforced isolation, post holiday.
