ARCHITECTURE - magnificent architecture put together.

The combination of state-of-the-art construction technology and the traditional roof shape of the old chalets with their dark wood design makes the Paznaun villas a fantastic, contemporary reminder of the look of the old Tyrolean chalets, with roofs that imitate the mountain silhouette on the other side of the valley. The black wood blends naturally into the deep forest and the structure of the buildings is in perfect balance with their natural surroundings.

The interiors and exteriors have been carefully selected and designed and crafted with the inspiration of past trends to perfectly furnish the villas.

To create a unique relaxation and positive energy, we have focussed on tradition and innovation in the design and materials. The villas are all equipped with the highest standard of modern furniture and fittings. The "minimalist" design is in perfect harmony with the cosy, alpine-inspired décor.
LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT

Each mountain villa has an exceptional layout concept that separates the living area from the sleeping area.

The mountain villa offers a living room and dining area that are very comfortable and spacious. The dining area is located at the top of the chalet and has high wooden ceilings. The glass walls open onto the large balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the mountains and feel connected to the alpine nature. Outdoor seating furniture makes the balcony an attractive place for a "sundowner". You can also make yourself comfortable on a cosy sofa in the living area. Opposite the living room is the open-plan kitchen with high-quality Miele appliances.

The marvellous view can also be enjoyed from the bathroom, which is equipped with a free-standing bathtub and looks directly onto the Alpine peaks.

There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. All individually designed bedrooms have large windows with direct access to private terraces, while the in-chalet wellness facilities with a Finnish and herbal sauna allow you to immerse yourself in total relaxation in the Paznaun villas. The heated outdoor infinity pool with spectacular mountain views is a foretaste of what awaits guests.
