The chalet features an open fireplace, sauna, an outdoor hot tub for 6 people and free WiFi.
This traditional stone built house around 1880 was expanded and sympathetically renovated with great attention to detail and turned into a very comfortable and unique holiday home just a few years ago. The interior is spacious and generously designed, the chalet impresses with its special charm and offers a high quality of living. Ecological aspects were also taken into account in the modernization process. Solar cells on the roof provide hot water and the modern pellet central heating provides earth friendly warmth. The chalet is situated on the edge of the old village with its picturesque, narrow streets, the church dated from the 17th century and the restaurants, bars, bakery, butcher's and a small supermarket, each approx. 100 - 250 m away from the chalet.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room, completely redesigned in 2023, with a comfy sitting area by the open fireplace; with a group friendly dining area including a large table for 10 people. Also relatively new, is the modern eat-in kitchen. Check out too the spacious sauna area with shower and loungers. As for sleeping then bedroom 1 offers 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and separate WC. Then upstairs there are four further bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom/separate WC. One bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200). Another bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), with its own en suite bathroom and separate WC. Then finally the fifth bedroom with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm; entrance height 1.65 m; room height up to 2 m, with a sloping ceiling). There is a fourth bathroom with shower and a separate WC on this floor. There is also a comfortable lounge with TV located on this floor. You will find free public car parking approx. 100 m away; with vehicle access to within ~10m of the chalet. Offered on a self catered or catered half board basis to suit.
